EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
If you received a DVD which is either damaged or defective Drishat Shalom will be glad to replace it. Along with a note explaining the problem, please return the DVD to:

If you ordered a Drishat Shalom DVD and changed your mind, you may return it for a refund less the shipping and handling charges ONLY if the DVD is unopened and the shrinkwrap has not been broken.
